Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or subscribing to any paid plan on TraderDeck ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

TraderDeck is an informational dashboard that aggregates publicly available market data, news, and economic-event schedules. The "Jarvis" feature generates algorithmic trading-idea summaries using third-party large-language-model providers. All data may be delayed by up to 15 minutes.

The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Jarvis outputs are computer-generated suggestions, not recommendations. You are solely responsible for every trading decision.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By subscribing you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

• Authentication is handled by Clerk; keep your credentials secure.
• One person per account. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

• Subscriptions are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as Merchant of Record and handles tax compliance.
• Current prices: Jarvis 1 $14.95/mo or $107.64/yr; Jarvis 2 $33.95/mo or $244.44/yr. Prices may change with notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for completed billing periods.Cancelling only stops the next charge.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the issue is resolved.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its data feeds.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or paywalls.
• Upload or submit malicious code, automated agents, or spam.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, and aggregated outputs, is owned by TraderDeck and its licensors. Market data and news remain the property of their respective sources. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal informational purposes only.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates data and functionality from third parties (including but not limited to Clerk, Lemon Squeezy, Google Gemini, Finnhub, Yahoo Finance, and TradingView). Their terms govern their respective portions. We are not responsible for third-party outages or data errors.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UPTIME, DATA ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADERDECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination your subscription will not renew and your access ends at the close of the current billing period.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
